18 червня 2025 року відбулося засідання Вченої ради Навчально-наукового інституту післядипломної освіти Полтавського державного медичного університету.
Щодо аналізу результатів ліцензійного інтегрованого іспиту КРОК 3 за спеціальностями медичного профілю, який складали 229 лікарів-інтернів, доповіла директорка ННІПО, доктор медичних наук Алла Марченко. У своєму виступі вона відзначила високі показники складання КРОК 3: середній результат – 81,8%. 16 лікарів-інтернів (7,4%) отримали 90% і більше.
З доповіддю про організацію та навчально-методичне забезпечення освітньої частини інтернатури з фаху «Фізична та реабілітаційна медицина» виступив виконувач обов’язків завідувача кафедри фізичної та реабілітаційної медицини, доцент Микола Рябушко. Від комісії виступила доцент Марина Бабаніна, яка акцентувала увагу на позитивних аспектах організації підготовки лікарів-інтернів, виокремила питання, що потребують першочергового вирішення, та надала рекомендації щодо подальшої діяльності кафедри з підготовки лікарів-інтернів.
У своєму виступі проректор закладу вищої освіти з науково-педагогічної роботи та післядипломної освіти, професор Ігор Скрипник доповів не тільки про організацію та зміни зарахування на програму підготовки в інтернатуру у 2025 році громадян України, іноземних громадян, осіб без громадянства, а й на навчання за програмою первинної спеціалізації «Загальна лікарська практика» іноземних громадян. Також він підвів підсумки роботи ННІПО за 2024-2025 навчальний рік та закцентував увагу на нагальних питаннях, які потребують вирішення. Ігор Скрипник наголосив на необхідності активізації роботи щодо розширення мережі циклів підвищення кваліфікації з метою забезпечення ефективного функціонування ННІПО, окреслив найбільш вагомі заходи на наступний навчальний рік.
Про готовність профільних кафедр до проведення державної атестації лікарів-інтернів у червні 2025 року доповіли завідувачі кафедр.
На засіданні таємним голосуванням обрано на посади асистентів і доцентів кафедр інституту науково-педагогічних працівників, які мають досвід роботи, виконують ліцензійні умови та рекомендовані конкурсною комісією до обрання.

Meeting of the Academic Council of the Institute of Postgraduate Education: Summary and Future Plans
On June 18, 2025, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Educational and Research Institute of Postgraduate Education (ERIPE) at Poltava State Medical University took place.
Dr. Alla Marchenko, Director of the Institute and Doctor of Medical Sciences, reported on the results of the licensing integrated exam KROK 3 for medical specialties, taken by 229 medical interns. In her report, she highlighted the high performance in the KROK 3 exam, with an average score of 81.8%. Sixteen medical interns (7.4%) scored 90% or higher.
Associate Professor Mykola Ryabushko, Acting Head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, presented a report on the organization and methodological support of the educational component of the internship in the specialty "Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine." On behalf of the commission, Associate Professor Maryna Babanina emphasized the positive aspects of the training organization for medical interns, identified key issues requiring urgent attention, and provided recommendations for the further development of the department's internship training activities.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Professor Ihor Skrypnyk, delivered a speech on the organization and changes in the admission process for the 2025 internship training program for Ukrainian citizens, foreign nationals, and stateless persons. He also spoke about training under the primary specialization program "General Medical Practice" for foreign citizens. Additionally, he summarized activities of ERIPEfor the 2024–2025 academic year and drew attention to pressing issues needing resolution. Professor Skrypnyk emphasized the need to intensify efforts to expand the network of professional development cycles to ensure the effective functioning of the Institute and outlined the most important measures planned for the upcoming academic year.
Department heads reported on the readiness of their departments to conduct the final state certification of medical interns scheduled for June 2025.
During the meeting, by secret ballot, candidates were elected to the positions of assistants and associate professors of the institute’s departments. These scientific and pedagogical staff members have relevant experience, meet licensing requirements, and were recommended for election by the competitive commission.
