Цими днями викладачі кафедри хірургії № 2 разом зі здобувачами вищої освіти 6-ого курсу ПДМУ побували на могилі Миколи Васильовича Скліфосовського. Відвідини приурочені 189-ій річниці із дня народження великого хірурга.
Студенти прослухали міні-лекцію про життя, навчання та трудовий шлях Миколи Скліфісовського, зокрема, про період його життя на Полтавській землі. Упродовж бесіди прийшли до висновку, що окрім світового визнання М. В. Скліфосовського як хірурга, він ще був людиною з відкритою душею та готовим завжди прийти на допомогу.
На завершення майбутні лікарі допомогли прибрати його могилу та прилеглі до неї території для підтримання чистоти і порядку на одному із визначних місць Полтавського краю.

Faculty of the Department of Surgery No. 2 at PSMU and students visit the grave of N.V. Sklifosovsky
Recently, faculty members of the Department of Surgery No. 2, along with sixth-year medical students of PSMU, visited the grave of Mykola Vasylovych Sklifosovsky. The visit was dedicated to the 189th anniversary of the birth of the great surgeon.
The students attended a brief lecture about the life, education, and professional journey of Mykola Sklifosovsky, with particular emphasis on the period he spent in the Poltava region. During the discussion, they came to the conclusion that, beyond being a globally recognized surgeon, Sklifosovsky was a person with an open heart, always ready to lend a helping hand.
At the end of the visit, the future doctors took part in cleaning the grave and the surrounding area, helping to maintain cleanliness and order at one of the most significant historical sites of the Poltava region.
