Представниці студентського парламенту Полтавського державного медичного університету Ольга Пʼятаха та Анна Охріменко долучилися до освітнього проєкту літньої бізнес-школи «Aurora Students». У рамках цього проєкту студентки-медики відвідали розподільчий центр та головний офіс торговельної компанії «Аврора» в Полтаві, де ознайомилися з її роботою.
Під час візиту учасниці дізналися про історію становлення компанії, ознайомилися з умовами праці в офісі, особливостями внутрішньої комунікації, логістики та управління персоналом. Співробітники «Аврори» поділилися власним досвідом, розповіли про ключові напрями діяльності компанії та відкриті можливості для студентської молоді.
«Ми відчули атмосферу командної роботи, дізналися про актуальні виклики бізнесу та переконалися, що знання й ініціатива справді мають вагу. Такий досвід мотивує розвиватися як у громадській діяльності, так і у майбутній професії», — зазначила Ольга П’ятаха.
Участь у таких міждисциплінарних програмах, що поєднують освіту з практикою, сприяє формуванню в студентів ширшого уявлення про сучасні тенденції на ринку праці та розвиває навички, необхідні для кар’єрного зростання. Полтавський державний медичний університет і надалі підтримує ініціативи, що розширюють горизонти професійного й особистісного розвитку здобувачів освіти.

PSMU Students Participated in the Educational Project "Aurora Students"
Representatives of the student parliament of Poltava State Medical University, Olha Piatakha and Anna Okhrimenko, took part in the educational project of the Aurora Students summer business school. As part of this initiative, the medical students visited the distribution center and the headquarters of the "Aurora" trading company in Poltava, where they became acquainted with the company's operations.
During the visit, the participants learned about the company's history, working conditions in the office, as well as the specifics of internal communication, logistics, and personnel management. Aurora employees shared their experiences, presented the company’s main areas of activity, and spoke about the opportunities available for students.
“We experienced a team-oriented work atmosphere, learned about current business challenges, and saw firsthand that knowledge and initiative truly matter. This experience inspires us to grow both in public engagement and in our future profession,” said Olha Piatakha.
Participation in such interdisciplinary programs that combine education with practical experience helps students develop a broader understanding of modern labor market trends and build essential career skills. Poltava State Medical University continues to support initiatives that expand the professional and personal development horizons of its students.
