27 лютого 2024 року на кафедру патологічної анатомії та судової медицини ПДМУ завітали представники міжнародної організації Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) з навчально-просвітницькою лекцією щодо вибухонебезпечних предметів сьогодення.
Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) – це міжнародна гуманітарна організація, яка провадить свою діяльність в умовах війни чи стихійного лиха в усьому світі, працюючи з вразливими групами населення, особливу увагу приділяють людям з інвалідністю. Представники організації детально та в доступній формі охарактеризували, як можуть виглядати такі знахідки, як правильно поводити себе при наявності підозрілих предметів для збереження свого життя та які подальші дії потрібно виконати для збереження життя інших людей.
Лекцію слухали здобувачі вищої освіти другого курсу стоматологічного факультету, третього курсу медичного факультету № 2, студенти другого курсу за спеціальністю «Фармація, промислова фармація» та науково-педагогічні співробітники кафедри.
Колектив кафедри патологічної анатомії висловлює вдячність міжнародній організації HI та її представникам за цікаву інформативну лекцію й отримані нові знання, які є надзвичайно актуальними в умовах сьогодення.
До слова, в Україні НІ діє з березня 2022 року, підтримуючи людей, які постраждали від конфлікту на Заході, Сході та Півдні країни. Організація надає низку послуг таких, як: фізична реабілітація, психологічна підтримка, розповсюдження гігієнічних засобів та логістична підтримка інших місцевих і міжнародних рятувальних організацій.
В умовах сучасних реалій особливого значення набуває обізнаність щодо правил поведінки з підозрілими незнайомими предметами, які можуть бути вибухонебезпечними та нести загрозу для життя.
PSMU students are aware of the rules of behavior with suspicious unfamiliar objects
On February 27, 2024, representatives of the international organization Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) visited the Department of Pathological Anatomy and Forensic Medicine of PSMU with an educational lecture on currently existing explosive devices.
Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is an international humanitarian organization that operates in war and disaster situations around the world, working with vulnerable groups, with a special focus on people with disabilities. Representatives of the organization described in detail and in an accessible form what such findings might look like, how to behave in the presence of suspicious items to save your life, and what further actions should be taken to save the lives of others.
The lecture was attended by the second-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry, third-year students of the Medical Faculty No. 2, second-year students majoring in Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy and the academic staff of the Department.
The staff of the Department of Pathological Anatomy expresses its gratitude to the HI international organization and its representatives for an interesting informative lecture and new knowledge, which is extremely relevant in today's conditions.
Noteworthy, HI has been operating in Ukraine since March 2022, supporting people affected by the conflict in the West, East and South of the country. The organization provides a range of services, such as physical rehabilitation, psychological support, distribution of hygiene products, and logistical support to other local and international rescue organizations.
In today's environment, awareness of the rules of behavior with suspicious unfamiliar objects that may be explosive and life-threatening is of particular importance.
