The academic and teaching staff of the Department of Physics have successfully completed professional development courses under the training program “Developing Pedagogical Excellence in Higher Medical Education: Theoretical Foundations and Practical Aspects. Tools for Enhancing the Educational Process in a Blended Learning Environment. Methods and Mechanisms for Maintaining Psychological Well-Being in the Educational Environment During Wartime.”
Completing the professional development courses contributed to the deepening of theoretical knowledge, the broadening of scientific perspectives, and the acquisition of practical skills for their further application in the educational process.
