4 травня у Полтаві відбувся регіональний тренінг для активістів органів студентського самоврядування (ОСС), організований Школою ОСС спільно з Українською студентською лігою. Захід мав на меті посилити спроможність студентських лідерів у питаннях юридичної обізнаності, управління ресурсами та розвитку студентських ініціатив.
У рамках тренінгу були висвітлені такі теми:
- інституційна підтримка ОСС;
- основи фандрейзингу та залучення ресурсів;
- захист прав і можливостей студентів;
- розвиток командної взаємодії та управління проєктами;
- нетворкінг і живе спілкування з представниками інших ЗВО.
Полтавський державний медичний університет на заході представили Андрій Цибульняк — студент 2-го курсу стоматологічного факультету, заступник голови СП ПДМУ та Мирослава Майстренко — студентка 1-го курсу медичного факультету, секретар студентського парламенту ПДМУ.
Після завершення заходу учасники від ПДМУ поділилися своїми враженнями, зазначивши, що отримали корисні знання та практичні інструменти для ефективнішої діяльності в межах студентського самоврядування. Участь у подібних ініціативах сприяє професійному та особистісному розвитку студентів і підвищує рівень представницьких органів університету.

Developing leadership together with the USL: participation of PSMU representatives in the regional training of the SSB
On May 4, Poltava hosted a regional training for student government activists organized by the School of Student Self-Government in cooperation with the Ukrainian Student League. The event was aimed at strengthening the capacity of student leaders in the areas of legal awareness, resource management, and development of student initiatives.
The training covered the following topics:
- institutional support for SSB;
- Fundamentals of fundraising and resource mobilization;
- protection of students' rights and opportunities;
- development of teamwork and project management;
- networking and live communication with representatives of other higher education institutions.
Poltava State Medical University was represented at the event by Andrii Tsybulniak, 2nd year student of the Dental Faculty, deputy chairman of the PSMU JV, and Myroslava Maistrenko, 1st year student of the medical faculty, secretary of the PSMU student parliament.
After the event, the participants from PSMU shared their impressions, noting that they had gained useful knowledge and practical tools for more effective activities within the student government. Participation in such initiatives contributes to the professional and personal development of students and raises the level of the university's representative bodies.
