The rite of passage of the first year students of the HSEE of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy"

The first of September is a happy holiday, especially for future students, who had been accepted to higher educational establishments. Today, at the official session of the academic council of the HSEE of Ukraine "Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy", the rite of passage ceremony was conducted for first year students. They successfully passed entrance exams and joined the large academic family!

The Rector of the Academy, Professor Vyacheslav Zhdan, Doctor of Sciences in Medicine, the Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, opened the session and greeted the first year students and wished them to study diligently, receive new practical skills and be ready to conquer new heights of medical science.

Poltava city mayor O.F. Mamay, Head of the Public Health Department of Poltava City Administration V.P. Lysak, His Grace the Archbishop of Novokahkovka and Henichesk Filaret took part in the proceedings of the ceremony. The high guests addressed the new students and the teaching staff of the Academy with welcome speech.

The participants of the ceremony honored the soldiers who had fallen in the war for the independence of Ukraine with a minute of silence. Amateur performance groups "Plika Vokaliz", "Yunist", "Malvy" and "Orkhidea" congratulated the new students of the Academy.
